Earned Wage Access (EWA) Service — operated by LIFT
Effective date: June 1, 2026 · Version 1.0
01
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LIFT Earned Wage Access platform, mobile application ("App"), and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by LIFT Technology Services Co., Ltd ("LIFT", "we", "us").
By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
02
Definitions
App — the LIFT mobile application through which Workers access the Service.
EWA Service — Earned Wage Access — the ability to access a portion of wages already earned within the current pay cycle, before the scheduled payday.
Employer — the company or business entity that has entered into an agreement with LIFT to make the EWA Service available to its employees.
Worker / User — an employee of an Employer who is eligible for and uses the Service.
Disbursement — the transfer by LIFT of an approved earned-wage amount to the Worker.
Repayment — the disbursed amount reconciled and recovered through the Employer's payroll deduction at the next pay cycle.
Pay Cycle — the recurring period over which wages are earned and paid by the Employer.
Platform Service Fee — the fee, if any, charged for an individual Disbursement, as described in Section 5 and disclosed in the App before you confirm.
03
Eligibility
Eligibility to use the Service is determined by LIFT together with your Employer. You may use the Service only if:
you are employed by an Employer that has an active agreement with LIFT;
you are at least 18 years old;
you have a valid Vietnamese bank account or e-wallet for receiving disbursements;
you have earned wages in the current pay cycle that have not yet been paid; and
you meet any further eligibility criteria set by LIFT or your Employer.
04
How the Service Works
4.1 Employer Integration
LIFT receives verified wage and attendance data from your Employer so that earned-wage amounts can be calculated accurately for each pay cycle.
4.2 Request for an Advance
Through the App, an eligible Worker may request access to a portion of the wages they have already earned in the current pay cycle. The available amount depends on wages earned to date and applicable Employer and LIFT limits.
4.3 Disbursement
Once a request is confirmed, LIFT funds and disburses the approved amount to the Worker's designated bank account or e-wallet, typically within minutes.
4.4 Repayment
The disbursed amount, plus any applicable Platform Service Fee, is automatically reconciled and deducted from the Worker's wages through the Employer's next payroll cycle.
4.5 Acknowledgment of Partial Wage Payment
You acknowledge that accessing earned wages through the Service reduces the net amount you receive on your next regular payday, by the amount disbursed plus any applicable Platform Service Fee.
05
Platform Service Fees
5.1 Fee Structure
A Platform Service Fee may apply to each Disbursement. LIFT is committed to full transparency: any fee is shown as a clear, flat amount before you confirm a request, and is never expressed as interest.
5.2 What You Will See Before Confirming
Before you confirm any request, the App displays the amount you are accessing and the exact Platform Service Fee (if any), so you always know the total before you proceed.
5.3 How Fees Are Collected
Any Platform Service Fee is collected together with the disbursed amount through the Employer's standard payroll reconciliation. There is no separate charge to you.
5.4 Refunds
If a Disbursement is cancelled or reversed before it is funded, no Platform Service Fee applies. Fees on completed Disbursements are non-refundable except as required by law.
5.5 No Interest, No Subscription Fees
LIFT does not charge interest, late fees, or recurring subscription fees to Workers. The only possible charge is the per-Disbursement Platform Service Fee described above.
5.6 Value Added Tax (VAT)
Where applicable, VAT is included in or added to the Platform Service Fee in accordance with Vietnamese law, and shown to you before you confirm.
5.7 Failed Repayment
If a payroll deduction cannot be completed — for example, where employment ends mid-cycle — LIFT will work with you and your Employer to arrange repayment in line with applicable law.
5.8 Fee Changes
We may change the Platform Service Fee from time to time. Any change applies only to Disbursements you request after the change takes effect, and the current fee is always shown before you confirm.
5.9 Fee Disputes
If you believe a fee has been charged in error, contact LIFT support and we will review and resolve it promptly.
06
User Obligations
You agree to:
provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself;
use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
keep your account credentials confidential and not share them;
not use the Service on behalf of any other person; and
repay accessed wages through the agreed payroll deduction.
07
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Service — including the App, its software, content, logos, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to LIFT.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for the purpose for which the Service is provided. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
08
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable, timely disbursement, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
09
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if these Terms are breached, at the instruction of your Employer, or where continued provision would be unlawful or pose a risk.
Your eligibility to use the Service ends when your employment with a participating Employer ends, or when that Employer's agreement with LIFT terminates.
10
Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
